With Pleaz, we help global companies in creating healthy workplaces for their employees, and love to practice what we preach! The foundation of the company is scientifically based and has been tested within the Danish public school-systems for five years, before pivoting to larger organizations through a digital platform in 2020. We are currently bootstrapped with soft-funding, and are looking for more entrepreneurial spirits to join the team and help taking the platform to the next level!

Our team and culture

We believe that we can make a difference in the cultures of our partnering companies, and thus in the lives of their employees. This is why we go to work in the morning, and why we believe that we can actually create an impact.

We care less about unnecessary formalities and shuffling papers, which is also why we like to think that our culture embodies a "Get Shit Done"-attitude while acknowledging the importance of having a workplace that energizes and motivates.

As such, we are in the process of building a culture that is friendly, curious, and energetic, for which we need additional helping hands. For now, we are 6 working full-time, no less than 6 interns and 2 part-time employees. We expect this to grow quite a bit in the next year, and this is hopefully where you enter the picture!

Your role

We are looking for a creative intern to help us sharpen our brand online. This is why we are looking for someone who has an understanding of digital marketing initiatives and knows how branding can scale their values. We have just launched our new platform and you will be joining us at a very interesting phase for our startup - we promise you that there is no way you will be bored! Some of the things you will be involved are:

• Assisting in branding projects from conception to creation

• Creating digital assets - creatives for campaigns, blogs, SoMe

• Assisting with in-house content creating - employee branding, pictures and videos

• Create writing content for Blogs and PR

• TikTok experienced user is an advantage

How do we see you?

You are taking responsibility for your tasks and fulfilling them to the end. We are always ready to help, but we expect from you to take initiatives and work independently. We are still in the development stage and we expect that you will be able to apply your study knowledge. We see the best candidate is studying Marketing, Branding, Design or Communication and have some practical experience.
