At CREY Games we are on a mission to build the world’s best gaming community; enabling the creative and collaborative to build, share, and play games with the world. We need to add more talented people to play a part in our mission, and we are currently looking for a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. In this role you will be working up to 20 hours per week from our Copenhagen office and support Crey Games and two other starts-up in their daily operations.

 

What you’ll do

  • Booking of journals and the creation of account reconciliations

  • Processing and controlling vendor invoices in workflow

  • Invoicing for customers

  • Handling VAT and submitting them on time

  • Processing expense reports and credit cards entries and payments

  • Bank payments and bank reconciliations

  • Monitor and manage the cash flows and deliver regular cash reports

  • Payroll and handling vacation

  • Working with many currencies

  • Prepare material for annual report

  • Supporting on Admin tasks

 

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience from similar position

  • Super user of Excel

  • Excellent accounting skills including Tax and VAT

  • Experience with running payroll

  • Experience with e-conomic is a plus
