It's definitely an asset to have a profound competence in some of the technologies we are using – or going to use. We do need people that can extend our skillset right from the beginning. But since passion and curiosity beat skills over time, skill is not the primary thing we're looking for.

Our product is a wide combination of design, psychology, data acquisition, data processing, data analysis, web and mobile interfaces, various databases, cloud servers, and APIs.

In the end, it's a negotiation AI that handles conversations better than human beings. To work, the system must have the best possible data available and the capabilities to figure out the next move and to generate the natural language to communicate it. As a Systems Engineer, you are going to...

• Play a key role in the reliability and scalability of our systems.

• Design and implement our system architecture.

• Act as an admin for our networks.

• Actively find ways to optimize our system's performance.

• Be the first point of contact when any piece of infrastructure needs to be deployed.

• Read lots of logs and develop ways to monitor system status.

This means that you'll need to...

• Have proficiency in Linux.

• Have proficiency in Docker.

• Have knowledge in Kubernetes.

• Have good skills in building and debugging networks.

• Have good skills in cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud).

It would be of help to also...

• Have experience in PostgreSQL

• Have experience in building logging systems in a Kubernetes environment.
