You will be in charge of recruiting talent to Subaio - primarily specialist roles (such as professionals in marketing, sales, development, and finance). We are looking for someone with a strategic, tactical, and playful approach to recruiting who can ensure we are always on top of our recruiting needs. You will ensure that we are on all the right platforms, but also reach out to the top candidates who might not even think to apply. The perfect candidate for this position has a proven track record in sourcing and attracting talent as well as a systematic and analytical approach.
You will be responsible for talent acquisition:
Source and attract top talent to Subaio
Develop our recruiting strategy - making sure we are always on top of hiring needs
Setup KPIs to track, measure and monitor recruiting strategy
Prepare recruitment materials and job posts
Screen candidate resumes and applications
Create positive candidate experiences – from application to interview'
You will be responsible for employee engagement:
Design the yearly activity calendar for various events in and outside the office.
Drive the positive energy on the floor by keeping it alive through various HR activities such as picnics, annual parties, events, festive celebrations, tournaments etc.
Act as a bridge between management and employees and ensure that the values and culture of Subaio are respected and encouraged.
You are:
An experienced recruiter with a proven track record of hiring specialist roles (at least 3 years)
Someone who has a knack for spotting talent and is a natural when it comes to networking
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and outreach
Someone who takes ownership of the hiring process from a-z, and makes sure everyone has a great experience when they apply to Subaio
A strong communicator in Danish and English
