Customer success manager / lead - Chief Operating Officer

Equity To be negotiated enables car-free living and creates sustainable mobility solutions for corporations and communities. All of our services focus on improving the well-being of both people and the planet. We are a three-year-old startup that is still partly in the Product-Market-Fit phase.


We now have a great opportunity that has given us a reason to focus our efforts: the employee benefit bike. From the beginning of 2021, this will be tax-free up to 1,200€ a year. There is already high demand and endless opportunities for growth. In just a few months, we have closed deals with companies of 10,000 employees.


We need your help to create the greatest customer experience for them!


We have already positioned ourselves successfully as a leading expert in the field, providing the best service in the industry in a way that generates added value for our customers. We want to dominate this market. First in Finland, then around the world.


We need the help of a professional to ensure we deliver the high-quality service that our customers (and our own ambition) demand.


We offer:

  • Salary between 2500-4000€ a month depending on your skills and experience with possibilities of bonuses or stock options

You will help us with:

  • developing the right customer success processes

  • keeping our clients happy

  • prioritization

  • implementation


These are some preferred skills for the role. Not all of these are necessary, we are looking for a real person after all!  

  • Project management

  • Service design

  • Measuring customer satisfaction

  • Account management

  • Budgeting

  • Experience in start-up environments a huge plus

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar position. However, we also accept applications from candidates in early stages of their career. You might be an ambitious young professional with a drive to become a COO. What we really value is ambition and a “get things done” attitude.
