The 'job' is very simple, - run and grow the webshop and the community.

Ther underlying tasks, however, can be many and complex. Ideally, you would be curious to learn all there is to know about running a webshop, marketing, seo, content production, ads.

How well the webshop is doing is proportional with how we as owners are compensated. Together we will set the strategy and goals.

Why am I 'selling' you might ask

I have another startup which is now at a stage where it demands more attention than I can give, if I where to run againstmodernfootball. Therefore I have decided to take a step back from againstmodernfootball and focus on my other startup. That leaves a need to find a partner, you?, to operate and run againstmodernfootball. I will still be involved in terms of goals and strategy, and I would enjoy to 'mentor' or 'guide' the right candidate, if needed.

Your commitment and skillset, will determind the equity split and % of sale as salary, etc. All is on the table, but negotiated individually.

I imagine this as a 'remote' job, meaning I would love if you lived in Copenhagen and we could spent some time together in the same office once in a while, but it is not required. Againstmodernfootball does not have an office.

This is anywhere between a parttime job, and a solid fulltime job, it is what you make it, - and the 'compensation' in terms of equity is thereafter.
