We're looking for a well-rounded Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in our Copenhagen office.

The person hired for this role will have the opportunity to have a strong impact on shaping our new core platforms and products (and redefining the existing ones), in an exciting period of growth.

Please note that this role is not focused on the UX/UI of the games themselves, but in CREY's ecosystem, in which games are built and played.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As part of the UX/UI Design team, you’ll be involved in the full design process of our platforms. From working with different stakeholders to define requirements, going through the quick ideation stages, into perfectly detailed UX and Design solutions, and all the way through to development handovers and implementation reviews.

 WHO YOU ARE:

The ideal person is sharp, confident, and proactive, but also humble and not afraid to receive feedback and ask questions. You know how to manage different requirements, opinions, and research data while focusing everyone on the user and making use of your expertise to deliver a solid User Experience.

This role also has a strong focus on UI and Visual Design. You’ll need to complement a solid thought process with impeccably executed and interesting graphic skills.

 MUST HAVE:

• Solid and diverse Design background - you’ve worked on a variety of projects, and have the portfolio to show it

• Strong Visual Design skills, not just UI, but also branding and other creative work

• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate the reasons behind your decisions

• Ability to manage priorities, timings, and to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders

• Great knowledge of best practices in UX and Design

• Experience developing design systems

• Experience interpreting user research data

• Formal education in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or similar

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

 NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in gaming and/or interest in games

• Experience with SaaS, and working across an ecosystem of products

• Experience managing people
