NORNORM is an early stage start-up with solid funding from a large industrial investor. We are developing a circular subscription based solution for furnishing future workplaces. The business model has been made and we are now recruiting for our high performing team to obtain global reach in 2022.

In this phase of our journey, the primary focus of our HR Manager will be to build and develop the best possible team, and to build frameworks enabling the team to deliver their best work.

What you will do:

• Help shape the future culture of NORNORM and implement our values

• Organisational planning in an international perspective.

• Drive the entire recruitment process A-Z, from identifying the needs to signing the contract. We will be recruiting for our Copenhagen office, from both DK and SE, but also the teams we will need globally. First will be The Netherlands and Singapore. 

• Act as sparring partner on all HR related matters

• Input to salary in Copenhagen (the process is outsourced), and manage already established pension and health care plans.

Who you are: 

• You have broad experience within the field of HR, preferably from a start-up or a matrix organisation

• You have already proven that you can promote and shape company culture

• You are an excellent talent recruiter, who can easily identify right fit candidates 

• You can balance analytical and emotional intelligence to make the best possible decisions

• You can multi-task, and shift gears quickly, and you have a hands-on approach

• You probably have a M.Sc. degree in HRM
