As a Customer Success Champion, you’ll support our growing Customer Success team in Copenhagen and play an instrumental role in educating and maximising our customers utilisation of our platform. Our team is young, ambitious and we strive to make every day exciting and most importantly educational.

About the role
You’ll primarily be supporting our Customer Success team in making our Business Reviews programme a success. This will involve a lot of responsibility, including scheduling meetings, minute taking, managing various inbound correspondence and updating our CRM. Additionally, you’ll be assisting on a number of projects including creating content and knowledge base articles for our Help Centre .
The role will be shared with another student and will therefore vary between 15 - 20 hours a week depending on your schedule. The compensation will be hourly and working hours flexible.
