Are you interested in getting hands-on experience from the startup ecosystem? Then the Fast Track Malmö Accelerator might have an internship for you! Fast Track Malmö (FTMO) is a startup accelerator program that is part of Minc. Every year we invite 8 hand-picked startups from around Europe to join the 3 months program. We help startups to accelerate their growth and raise capital from venture capital funds.

We are a small team of two Accelerator Co-Leads, Melinda and Nino. Melinda is a former VC investor and Nino is a former startup CEO and co-founder. We are looking for a new colleague that can help us prepare and organize the 2021 FTMO accelerator program.

About the Internship

We need your help on a day-time and full-time basis
Paid internship
Duration from January to June 2021
Offices at Minc in Malmö, but also working from home on certain days

Responsibilities

Events management. Coordinating founders and VC investors to make sure they’ll have a good experience with FTMO.
Communication. Take ownership of our social media channels and help us get the message out to our community.
Admin. Help us organize our processes to supercharge the accelerator.

Qualifications

Fluent in English
Team player
Great communication skills
Be present in Malmö
Studies at master level are preferred
Any experience from startups is an advantage.

We aim to help startups speed up their growth and raise their first VC round. If you're looking to raise €1-3M in 2021, this is the perfect program for you! During the program, we'll help you prepare your pitch deck, practice investor meetings, and introduce you to our network of European VC investors. Among our alumnus, 80 % has raised a round after they joined the program. The batch starts early March 2021 for a duration of 3 months mostly online and some events onsite if possible. The selected startups will receive an investment of €50k as a convertible note with a flexible valuation cap. And to top it off, at the end of the program all companies will take part in Malmö Demo Day. This is an invite-only event where startups present to a carefully selected audience of more than 100 VCs and investors. Applications are open until the 18th of December 2021!
