Working as a developer in Odeno you will play an important role in the future development of the platform. You will be working alongside our CTO and together you will have full responsibility in terms of developing and designing the platform. This means that your ideas and thinking are taken seriously. You are the expert, and your footprint will be seen throughout the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 

• Build and maintain ecosystem of services and APIs 

• Own features from technical design through maintenance 

• Break down complex tasks/requests into sub-tasks, make consistently good decisions, operate independently between regular or periodic check-ins 

• Communicate and enforce coding standards 

• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions 

Requirements: 

• Passionate about programming with meaningful experience as a .NET developer 

• Strong command over common data structures and design patterns 

• A strong understanding of design patterns and programming principles 

• Strong SQL skills, specifically with SQL Server, including pros/cons of various approaches to access, and ability to recognize and address potential performance issues 

• Strong understanding of API design, particularly principles of REST in highly scalable environments 

• Strong knowledge in Microservices Architecture 

• Experience in agile/lean methodologies 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field
