We are looking for a full-time native Dutch person who will join our talented, dedicated team, and will work determinedly to drive traffic and sales. Someone who wants to work hard, hands-on and determinedly to drive traffic and sales to our webshops in Netherlands and Belgium.

We are a Danish-based beauty brand with offices in the heart of Copenhagen with 15 fresh and dedicated team members. HairLust offers an inside out approach to healthy hair care, and combines inner and outer hair care products in a luxurious product line. We introduce a new generation of cosmeceuticals and beauty products for the picky customer. We wish to do away with the perception of dietary supplements and hair care products as being boring, and for that reason we have launched a line of products that comes in a presentable and shareable visual look. HairLust is one of the most online sought-after dietary supplement and beauty brands in the Nordics, and can boast with being one of the best customer reviewed health products brands in Denmark. HairLust is currently being sold in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Netherlands and Belgium.

Your primary tasks will be concentrated on our Dutch and Belgian market: 

• Responsible for the online growth initiatives in Benelux

• Day-to-day management of our local Shopify stores.

• Localize, build and improve our email marketing.

• Outreach and handling of influencers and bloggers 

• Email customer support until the support volume requires a new hire.

• Build, execute and coordinate campaigns with our digital marketing agency and our management.

• Initiatives to constantly refine the full customer journey.

• Lead generation, lead nurturing, marketing automation and SEO, linkbuilding etc.

• Establish the right framework for measuring, reporting and optimizing funnel metrics.

• Make sure the sites are always up to date both operational and content wise.

• You love digital marketing and e-commerce

• You've got experience within digital marketing

• You are a tech-savvy

• You work in a structured manner

• You have a knack for expressing yourself both in writing and visually

• You're native Dutch speaker

• You're proactive, creative within marketing and dare to try out new things

Prior experience in digital marketing such as SEM and SEO is not a requirement, however it's preferable that the right candidate has some experience in the scope of digital marketing. We'll provide you with training in order for you to get up-to-date knowledge within the specific fields of digital marketing. We work with some of the best digital marketing specialists in Denmark and we can provide you with the right tools for becoming a digital marketing expert.

The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on your profile, experience and expertise.
