We are looking for a new friend and the Head of Marketing in introDus. You will design and implement a marketing strategy to position introDus at the top of the HR Tech industry. You will take part in building a powerful narrative about the problem we solve and why it matters to our customers. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our CSO.


Your profile. You have a lot of energy and an irrepressible desire to bring people along with you. You are creative and like to try new approaches, You challenge status quo and look at things from the other angle, you back your thesis with data whenever possible, explain your intuition when not, you can turn a technical matter into a simple pitch, you are curious and excited about tech, and most importantly, you are a nice person. Most important: You will tell us what we need to do and why.

Skillset:

·       2+ years of Start-up or Scale-up experience in a marketing role.

·       Proven track record designing a marketing strategy and implement it.

·       Excellent communication skills, including public speaking in English

·       Ability to make things simple and concise

·       Experience working for a software company is a +

·       Comfortable with data and technology and like abstract thinking

·       Experience building a brand strategy from the ground up at a technology startup is a +

·       Digital marketing experience (email campaigns, website support, social or paid media)

·       Taste for design, product, and user experience
