We are looking for passionate and eager Business Development Associates to help us sell a product our customers will love.

The Business Development Associates will work closely with executive management in the local market to support business excellence and drive growth to reach our ambitious targets. As we grow, we are looking to hire a full team of Business Development Associates operating in various countries.

What you will do:

• Help develop and execute the overall business development strategy

• Build a structure for sales to develop our revenues

• Communicate and build strong relationship with clients and partners

• Determine and follow up on key business development KPIs

• Do market research and evaluate new initiatives

Who you are:

• Preferably you have a few years experience from a similar role or from management consulting

• You have strong communication and negotiation skills

• You are highly analytical in your approach to problem solving with a strong toolbox

• You have a can-do attitude and find it exciting to shape the agenda of a new company

• You have a M.Sc. degree in Business and graduated with excellent results
