You will work closely with our founder and board of directors to lead the company and team in our ongoing development and expansion. Potential responsibilities / tasks:

• Financials, budget, investor sheets and P&L

• Business controlling overhead and in our gig platform

• Investor/shareholder reporting, pitch deck and pitching

• Legal contracts, partner agreements and customer framework agreements

• Team leadership, internal structure, weekly meetings and deadlines

• Processes for financials, team and data

• KPI metrics and analytics of user and customer data

• Market research, competitor analysis and expansion planning

• Strategy, roadmap planning, tactics and prioritization

• Partnership discussions

• IT product process planning

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor or Master within Business and economics

• Preferrably experience from IT and/or consulting

• Used to working with Excel and data analytics

• Used to create presentations and reports

• Leader person with experience leading a team and daily problem solving

• Analytical mindset and process-oriented

• Strategic and action-oriented with fast decision making based on data

• Structured personality with attention to details

• Interest in start ups, tech, marketing and sales

• High EQ
