SourceMe is a startup founded by professionals from industry, distribution, and tech; sprung out of the Antler accelerator program in Stockholm. We are on a mission to revolutionize the supply chain for industrial components. You will take the lead role as CEO and contribute to the overall strategy of the company.

What will you be doing?

As a CEO in a young startup, we expect you to contribute to multiple areas of the company. Here are some of them:

• Shape review and drive the overall strategy of the company. A startup always lacks resources, and it is crucial to allocate those you have to the most vital areas for the company. The overall goal is for sales, marketing, and tech departments to productively work together and deliver an outstanding quality product.

• You will work as a strategic partner towards machine-building companies, discovering the ways they source industrial components, and how SourceMe can improve it. Using your procurement and/or engineering background, we expect you to contribute to choosing applications industries and products that SourceMe should focus on.

• Administrative work. This involves leading interviews, managing finances, and legally representing the company.

Who are you?

You are passionate about startups and being challenged. Leadership and teamwork are among your strengths. Preferably - a native Swedish speaker.

You are a procurement professional or an engineer, who worked with industrial components in a big machine-building company or an SME. We expect you to have no less than 5 years of experience working with industrial components. We also expect you to understand this industry and have a strong network that you've built over the years.

You combine sales skills with an engineering background which helps you to deeply understand the problems of sourcing components in machine building companies and sell them our solution.
