A Growth Specialist is the first person our customers meet in person. It is your responsibility to sell Trainda’s software service to new potential B2B-clients both domestic and international fields. You work daily in Finnish and English. Other language skills are considered a plus. You enjoy the freedom of your job and take responsibility for delivering results. You have experience in result-oriented service sales.
Take over of B2B sales, reaching growth and sales targets
Creating and contacting prospects by phone, e-mail and on social media
Making customer appointments and needs assessment
Proposing Trainda service solutions and concluding a deal
Help customers getting started with Trainda by coaching them in the software use and handling new customer support
Developing your work, working methods and tools, including close participation in sales content, processes and onboarding surveys
