We are looking for an e-commerce and customer support manager to help us launch our e-commerce efforts. You will have the chance to grow with the job, even hiring and managing your own team as we grow together. We are looking for someone dynamic that is looking to grow himself/herself professionally, with potential to lead a team of 30+ people (danish-native language only).
We are lunching a network of organic farms that sell "better than organic" online.
For that, we need someone with experience managing all aspects related to e-commerce websites and the pre/post-sale experience of our customers.
Speaking danish natively is a must. Experience with payment gateways, SEO and other related skills is a plus. As an e-Commerce manager, you will first handle many tasks but later grow into a leadership role where you are responsible for a team of about 30 handling customer experience, e-commerce, CRM, retention and other fields related.
As such, we are looking for a hands-on doer with potential to grow, someone that is interested in growing professionally as we grow.
