Folks — the fresh and colorful crew, offering lunch - coffee - cleaning - good vibes, everything needed to run a modern workplace through one platform. Our beta version is now in the testing phase within our existing clients/friends like Shape, Soho, Boliga, and such so we are ready for the market. Currently, our business development and sales are taken care of by the founder, and it’s about time to share the responsibility with someone who can take complete ownership of the role.

You are:

• Passionate about improving the wellbeing of individuals as well as communities.

• Excited about startups, the message behind Folks, and fostering a positive work culture. 

• People and process person 

• Quick learner and able to adjust and grow with the role

• Self-driven, competitive, and dedicated to offering honest, worthwhile solutions regardless of situations 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar position within b2b

• Native Danish language skills and proficiency in English both written and verbal

You can: 

• Clearly define customer segments, value proposition, lead generation processes, and execution plans

• Build sales materials based on segments, unique needs, and Folks values. 

• Establish the first contact with potential clients through various channels cold calls, emails, etc

• Keep up with potential leads, book meetings with potential clients, and establish strategic partnerships

• Document & optimize the sales process/materials, reporting on activities and KPIs

• Help implement your learnings with the operation and tech team to improve customer experience

• Help define the future of Folks as a company that your mum/kids will be proud of
