Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer supervision simultaneously

  • Monitor user adoption of the platform, and first engagements

  • Create and maintain a trustful relationship with existing customers. 

  • Support customers in dealing with their anomalies by being the link with the support, product and tech team.

  • Enable and use Customer Feedback as an extremely important product improvement loop! 

  • Initialize, coordinate and engage with Product owners, Tech, and our behavioural science unit continuously. 

  • Lead and execute action plans with customers for continuous improvement of the platform and adoption

  • Understand how to replicate/standardize functions to improve velocity across CS. 

  • Work closely with direction to give a clear indication of user, platform and success performance. 

  • Ensure customer retention and always leave a good experience.

Skills

  • A couple of years experience with Customer Success/Service.  

  • Experience from IT, Tech, SaaS organizations. 

  • Ability to create a state-of-art Customer Success setup and team.

  • Clear and concise communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage several customers daily, and stay on top.

  • Motivation to make our customer success an extremely important loop in success-driven growth. 

  • Be able to share cultural values of the company
