We're looking for a dedicated intern, who is passionate about optimising the potential of enzymes when applied to different foods. This is an internship based at the Technical Institute in Aarhus.
As an example, the roll will include the following:
optimising enzyme activity when applied to different foods
exploring and optimising impregnation methods
experimenting with and optimising according to temp, pH and consistency variables
working with a texture analyser
