Sales and Growth Manager,
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and independently thinking person to help us grow our market in Copenhagen and Denmark and develop the channels we are represented in. For the right person, this is a position with a lot of opportunities to come in and be part of the early stages of an ambitious small and international start-up team, where we thrive on out of the box thinking and an innovative approach to challenges we face.
This position is meant as an opportunity for the right candidate to create their own position and their own place within the company.
The position is initially scoped to be a part-time position - then it is up to you to show that you can grow the market for the company and create your own full-time position.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Sales and business development
Sales lead generation
Facilitating contact with new customers
Outgoing/proactive sales
Follow-up with new and existing customers to ensure a continuous sales cycle and customer satisfaction
Arranging and executing tastings, demos, masterclasses, etc.
Presenting the brand to a large and diverse audience, capturing the imagination of our key demographics.
Brand and presence building in key markets and towards key partners

Outgoing sales experience. Knowledge of the hospitality, spirit, or lifestyle sector is a plus.

You apply a structured approach to the way you perform and follow up with new and existing customers and prospective partners.
Requirements:
Danish speaking - at least enough to hold a sales conversation (the company language is English, but for sales, it is important that you can conduct these sales meetings in Danish).
A driver's license is a plus, but not a requirement.
min. 20/hours per week
Salary: Base pay + commission structure fee
