We have recently expanded our primary brand to Sweden and are looking for the right person to handle all communication with our new customer base. You will work predominantly with customer service & communication tasks, but there will be an opportunity to work with PR and Marketing, among other tasks.

The tasks at hand:

• Help streamline and develop the best customer service - both for Danish and Swedish customers.

• Communication work on SoMe, web and other platforms.

• The opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our primary brand in the Nordics.

• Update websites and provide feedback on usability.

• Lead translations from English to Swedish, both for website, newsletters and campaigns.

• Various ad hoc marketing-related tasks.

We expect you to:

• Study in relevant education.

• Have experience with customer service.

• Write flawlessly in Danish, Swedish and English. 

• Have an independent and structured approach to work. 

• Be able to work in a changeable environment - one day could involve working both customer service, marketing and translations.

• Be adaptable and can take on larger tasks when needed.

• Like to work on practical and solution-oriented projects.
