Talbit is a SaaS startup building a platform for talent development. With Talbit, companies can automate their personnel development process: Companies set their strategic objectives on the platform, and teams and employees can self-organize around them and start creating their development plans that support achieving their professional dreams as well as your company’s objectives. Talbit will be each employees’ personal coach and support them through every step of their growth journey!

We are looking for a React.js developer who wants to take an impactful role in developing the Talbit SaaS platform together with the team and take our product to the next level.

This is what you would be doing at Talbit:

• Hands-on coding of Talbit's React application

• Design of the app's UI/UX

• Creating and implementing the product strategy together with the team

• Other related responsibilities might arise as we grow - it helps if you are flexible and eager to take on new responsibilities!

First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a great attitude and a growth mindset. That being said, we think there are some basic concepts that you need to have mastered to handle the above responsibilities.

This is what you need to succeed in the job:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience building applications with React.js

• Ability to communicate in English or Finnish

Would be great if you already knew a little or were open to learning about these technologies as well:

• APIs

• SQL

• GraphQL

• Prototyping tools such as Adobe XD and Sketch
