Competence / skills required for the role
Master’s degree in computer science, IT or related fields
Have a minor in user experience, user interface, or user interaction related subjects
Recently graduated, or 1-3 years of work experience in Software Development
Must have knowledge/experience in C# and .NET
Passionate about programming and software design
Strong analytical skills combined with a problem-solving and pragmatic attitude
Proficient in spoken and written English
A plus to have knowledge in database processing and management
Familiarity with the Agile Software Development and JIRA is an advantage
Experience in testing is an advantage
No 9-to-5 mentality
Duties and Responsibility
Design, update and maintain the Graphical User Interface (GUI)
Through e.g. change requests, bug reports, requirements documents
Focus on enhancing the user experience, and improve the GUI layout
Evaluate the user flow and propose improvements in UX/UI based on these findings
Review your own or someone else’s code
Help to simplify any complexity or dependencies in code execution
Perform “white box” testing before committing the code
Provide all the support needed in GUI for R&D purposes, calibration and experimentation
Document any design decisions
Define the work needed in (JIRA) items and estimate the time required for each task
Update continuously the status of each work item per R&D’s routines
Create test instructions
