OurTradeHub is a Copenhagen based tech Scaleup. We develop and offer[CN1] digital solution for Brands and Retailers, that helps them make any product available, anywhere, on any channel, at any time. We do this by connecting inventories across the trading partners and selling platforms.
We eliminate Out of Stock, improve[CN2] Product availability and increase delivery speed. Put it all together, we help Bands and Retailers embrace the future of retail.
We are growing by constantly expanding our customer base. Currently we are onboarding 3 brands and 7 retailers - these numbers will continue to increase over the time.
To manage our onboarding processes and ensure we provide optimal customer service, we need a skilled IT project manager helping us to streamline these processes and thereby secure the fundament for further growth.
Develop a comprehensive and standardized onboarding-projectplan, to take new costumers from contract signing, to launch of a new Brand/Retailer collaboration.
Implementation of the above-mentioned plan, in the daily operation of OTH. You will be responsible for securing commitment and timely diligent participation of all stake holders.
Facilitating precise and clear communication of To-Do’s, timelines, and progress, across all stakeholders, internal and external, so everyone knows what is expected of them, and when they must deliver.
Securing the daily operation and execution according to the communicated ToDo’s and timelines.
Coordination of the full onboarding process. As the technical, integration of a new costumer moves ahead, commercial onboarding, product training of relevant persons becomes important. You must coordinate this gradual shift from technical onboarding to product training. The goal is to create the perfect experience for new costumers.
We are a small and agile team, so expect, and look forward to, getting “hands on” with the process yourself.
Experience, Skills & Personal traits
You have at least 3 years’ experience with IT project management
You are expected to have some technical knowledge and experience. OurTradehub exposes a JSON REST API, so experience would be a big plus.
You are a proactive self-starter and take pride in delivering on spec on time. You pick up the phone, rather than waiting for a mail reply.
You thrive and are driven by constant contact and alignment with stakeholders and enjoy getting people aligned and working for your agenda.
You are fluent in English and Danish
