Come join the team as a UX Researcher to help drive product innovation at our company. We are building the software platform to eliminate wasted energy in buildings. We are headquartered in BLOX. 


Overall Responsibilities:

-Conduct qualitative user research: conduct interviews, concept tests, diary studies, field research, surveys; analyze and synthesize findings

-Communicate the user experience at various stages of, and assist with, the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes

-User study moderation

-Administer questionnaires and surveys (survey creation/analysis)

-Assist other user researchers with various user research preparation activities

-Work with content at many levels (style guides, templates, analytics)


Minimum Requirements:

-B.A./B.S. (Completed) in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other related fields or equivalent practical experience

-At least 2 years of user research experience: qualitative research and interviews, concept tests, diary studies, field research, surveys (analysis and creation)

-At least 2 years of product design experience (cross between Visual and Interaction Design; complex user experience workflows is not needed)

-Need to understand how to work within specific design patterns

-Show signs of self-managing workload, track milestones and deliverables

-Collaborative with strong design viewpoint

-Detail-oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks

-Strong oral and written communication skills

-Ability to speak Danish or Swedish

-Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills

-Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects


Nice to Have Requirements:

-Experience in Figma, Principle, Figma, Adobe XD, Framer

-2+ years of experience establishing design systems for various brands

-M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (completed) in Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Product Design, or other field
