The traditional Job portals have not changed significantly the last 10-20 years and are as a result dreadfully out of trend. This leaving a big gap between Companies and Talents which both want to get in contact with each other but are not very successful at doing it. We are disrupting the way that the traditional job-bank works, and are creating a Platform which offers a informal and engaging way of getting in contact.

We have nearly developed an MVP and are planning on launching a fully commercial product later this year. The team is set, and we are weeks away from being funded (we already found the investors). However, we need to find our CTO who can take charge of the technical side.

Our Tech setup is:

Backend: we are using PHP Laravel running on Nginx with MySQL database

Frontend: we are using Vue.js with the utility first framework Tailwind for CSS

Your main task as our CTO would be:

• Responsible for taking our MVP and turn it into a fully commercial product

• Be a part of management and set the direction for the future.

• Heading up the developer team with student workers

• Working Full-stack but have good help on the front-end.

Your qualifications:

Must have:

• Comprehensive experience with Git, and continuous deployment

• Comprehensive experience with PHP, and preferably and Laravel

• Experience with Front-end and preferably Vue.js

• Experience SQL and server-setup

Nice-to-have: 

• experience with scrum and management of developers
