We are looking for a HR & Operations Intern who can help us with various HR, operations and recruitment tasks. Most likely you study or come with an operations or HR background or degree.
We have a positive "we can attitude", value team performance, and is a strong communicator. To navigate in creating a state of the art on-boarding, HR processes and recruitment.
Passion for people, operations and human resources.
Ability to navigate and create structure for HR processes.

You will take part in data and analytics-related projects. No project is too small, no is too big. You will take part in this process, by:
Assisting in creating Recruitment channel and funnels.
Establish a state of art on-boarding for employees across all departments.
Create and structure training operations.
Close collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders across the business.
Assist in designing our employee promotion programs.
Assist in evaluating retention measures.
Work with a very high degree of freedom and independence.
Doing all sorts of cool and uncool things, which we have not yet foreseen.
