Hackyourcloset.com is changing the clothing industry for good, literally. Our service allows hundreds of people to share the same closet. Our closet is composed of carefully selected second-hand and unused items by our stylists. For 299 SEK per month, our customers get access to our closet and can receive 4 items every month, wear them and return them after a month or keep them a little longer. As a Washing Assistant, you are part of the team that is in charge of processing all the boxes that return to us from our customers 🚚📦❤️

• Together with the team, you are responsible for, doing quality controls, washing and organizing all the items that return to us in a qualitative manner within the set time frame.

• You will also help the team wash and hanged all the items for our supply department.

• You will mainly work in our warehouse in Kista (not remote work).

• You will work closely with the Stylists, Incoming Goods and Customer Success to ensure the best flow for the company.

• You will be part of a team of young, driven colleagues who work in close collaboration on a daily basis.

• The pace can be high but the team is here to create the best work environment.

Who are we looking for?

• As a person you spread good energy to your colleagues, are outgoing and enjoy working in teams.

• You are motivated by working daily towards high and concrete goals and believe in creating a positive impact.

• You are efficient and like to work at a high pace. You know how to work with structure and are meticulous.

• Even if you do not meet customers face-to-face, your duties are highly customer-related and place high demands on professionalism, speed and quality.

• You have beginner understanding of Excel + Google tools.

• You are available to work Monday to Saturday on a call-on-demand basis. We are looking for candidates with flexible schedules.

• You speak English fluently both written and spoken. Please submit you CV in English only.

Our office is located in Kista with access to both the metro and buses, just a few minutes from Kista Galleria. This position is in-house only (no remote work).
