We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Specialist or Manager
As the Finance & Administrative Specialist or Manager you would be joining our team in Helsinki to assist with daily financial operations and other administrative tasks. At the moment we work in a hybrid-format meaning that half of our team is working onsite at the Maria 01 campus and half mostly remotely from home offices.
In addition to regular tasks you get to assist in developing our company financial operations and administrative processes, including working on improving our use of different internal tools.
You will also assist our CEO and COO/CFO in managing monthly and yearly financial reporting and budgeting as well as advising staff based on data. The ideal candidate should be well versed in working with multiple tasks simultaneously and taking ownership of his/her own tasks.
As a Finance & Administrative Specialist / Manager you will:
Work together with the COO/CFO and our accounting firm on all financial operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, and Cost Accounting.
Help coordinate financial closing (monthly and yearly)
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Act as support for our function heads in cost/budget reporting tasks
Develop and document financial processes and internal policies
Develop the use of our ERP (OfficeRnd) and Accounting software and explore ways to make processes more efficient.
Be responsible for company G&A documentation and tools (e.g. Notion platform)
Assist company management with administrative tasks on a daily basis.

Strong analytical skills and good performance with spreadsheet tools (G-Suite preferred)
