WORKING AT PERSEQUOR

As a Product Owner at Persequor you will be part of a highly skilled team. You will be responsible for the delivery of the development work, and ensuring that the priorities are well aligned with business needs and stakeholders. This can range from smaller deliveries to larger strategic initiatives.

We favour above all the relevancy of technical solutions coming from the team: the hierarchy is flat, and the process of decision making is collaborative – we strive towards choosing good solutions no matter who came up with them. We are a diverse team of international employees working together at our office hub located in the city center of Copenhagen.

• Jira

• Github

• Agile iterative cycle: Fairly close to standard Scrum

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Owning the product and maintain the backlog in alignment with the roadmap

• Ensuring deadlines are met on a continuous basis

• Working closely with the development teams, removing roadblocks and ensuring that any ambiguity is sorted out.

• As a key player in the bridge between the business side and development, you will be working closely with the commercial team, delivery team and other stakeholders.

• You thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, balancing central commercial initiatives as well as ensuring the integrity of the product, keeping the quality at its highest level.

• Ensure the product is well documented, and improvements are well communicated to stakeholders

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

As a person you’re a team player with a positive mindset, and always up for the challenge. You’re not afraid to speak up your mind and provide solid input to team members and stakeholders. You can get things done yourself – when you delegate it’s not because you couldn’t do it yourself.

• Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

• Proven track record of writing technical user stories and manage backlogs in a structured way

• Understand complex business domains

• Able to understand a technical complex platform and it’s application in a business domain

• Communicate clearly and effectively, also towards less tech-savvy counter parts

• Able to effectively manage priorities

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The recruitment process will as a minimum require you to:

• Introductory meeting with MD and other relevant stakeholders.

• Visit us and spend a few hours with the technical team to ensure a social match.

• Meet with our MD to discuss terms, expectations, etc. and conclude a contract.
