are now looking for an Integration Engineer, CX who is passionate about building
and supporting products that customers love.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with international
cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and support products that deliver the
company’s vision and Product-led growth (PLG) strategy. This position is located in
Integration Engineer, Customer Experience (CX) responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to investigate and resolve existing integration issues while deliver maintaining high customer satisfaction
Evaluate and prototype new endpoint type integration requests working closely with Product Management and engineering teams.
Provide technical assistance to Sales and Customer Success teams with Proof-of-Concepts (PoC’s) and help expand integrations within existing accounts
Ideal candidate has the following:
Enterprise/IT service management, customer service / support or similar domain expertise, with tools such as (Zendesk, ServiceNow, BMC, HP, Jira, etc)
Proven work experience supporting SaaS products
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills, able to dive into the details to get the job done
Proven track record of understanding customer requirements and delivering a solution against those demands
Proven ability to deliver technical support and managing customer expectations through the life-cycle of a support ticket to resolution or identify feature requests, manage expectations, and effectively communicate and summarize recommendations to Product Management
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a distributed matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory)
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
