Job responsibilities:


Admin tasks

Managing Office Assistant

Ad hoc.


Accountant

  • Months end/ close process, including the preparation and booking of journals and the creation of account reconciliations

  • Processing and controlling vendor invoices in workflow

  • Invoicing customers

  • Handling VAT and submitting them on time

  • Processing expense reports, credit card entries and payments

  • Bank payments and bank reconciliations

  • Monitor and manage the cash flow and deliver regular cash reports

  • Payroll 

  • Working with many currencies

  • Preparing material for annual report

HR

  • Tracking employee vacations, absent days, working hours (part-timers)

  • Posting job listings on our and external websites

  • Answering job applications and arranging interviews

  • Managing the employee performance review processes

  • Put in place company HR processes

Requirements: 

  • 2-4 years experience from similar position

  • Super user of Excel

  • Excellent accounting skills including Tax and VAT

  • Experience with running payroll

  • Experience with e-conomic is a plus
