We are now looking for a structured COO passionate about execution, project management, and building high-performing teams.

About the role

The ideal candidate is a vocal leader and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity and growth by enabling strong collaboration across teams. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as lead new critical strategic projects.

COO Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational structure and internal processes

• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy

• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth

• Oversee day-to-day operations

• Manage company costs, financial planning, and hiring plans

• Collaborate with CEO on fundraising, board prep., and investor communication

• Collaborate with CEO on long-term strategy and growth opportunities

• Lead new strategic projects and hire the initial team to take over
