StepUp Solutions is building wearables based on breathing, a vital parameter that has been much forgotten but contains so much information. Experienced or passionate about technology and IoT?
We are looking for a full or part time intern to join our team. You will have many responsibilities and work directly with designing our new product dedicated for horses, adding M2M connectivity through cellular networks. As an electronic design intern, you will be responsible for prototyping, designing, manufacturing and testing our new extension board that embed a cellular connection and a more powerful LiPo - it's an opportunity to design a full PCB for IoT purposes, from selecting components to programming a test program to check the behavior of the circuit, while being supported by knowledgeable engineers.
Tasks:
Review solutions to connect the device to cellular networks and create a breadboard prototype out of the chosen components
Design and review the schematics and PCB
Launch manufacturing
Test the new board and send test data to a Firebase database
Experience with/knowledge within is a great plus:
