As our Online Marketing Assistant, you will support in various online marketing activities to help spread awareness of the Ageras brand in Norway and drive clients and partners to the Ageras platform.

We’re looking for an ambitious Online Marketing Assistant to join our highly specialized, international team of SEM specialists, copywriters, growth hackers and marketing analysts, who share a great passion for performance-driven digital marketing.

As our Online Marketing Assistant, you will support in various online marketing activities to help spread awareness of the Ageras brand in Norway and drive clients and partners to the Ageras platform. Specifically, you’ll:

• Create, edit and publish content to improve our search engine rankings and signups (e.g. for blog posts and landing pages)

• Setup and launch emails for recurring, nurture, and marketing campaigns

• Identify strategic keywords to target in Ageras’ websites content

• Perform various search engine optimization (SEO) tasks

• Outreach to potential content and affiliate partners and analyse the competitor market

• Engage with customers and prospects on our social media channels

• Own the social media communication and maintain our brand image (e.g. on Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Act as the link between Account Managers, Client Consultants and the Marketing Team

• Support our SEM team with optimization tasks (Google ads, Facebook ads)

• Create reports of your results and efforts

• Track campaign performance and analyse KPI’s

• Near-native writing skills in Norwegian

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Strong drive and embrace responsibility and working independently

• Entrepreneurial mind: You are not afraid of taking chances - and learning from your mistakes

• True passion for online marketing and eagerness to learn

• Profound content writing skills and a love for producing quality content

• An ability to translate your out-of-the-box ideas into great marketing content

• An interest in social media and a curiosity for managing non-personal social media accounts like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• A thorough understanding of brand guidelines and brand tonality is considered a plus.

Requirements

Maybe you are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or something totally different? You may even work as a freelancer and want to use this opportunity to create a stable source of income and a platform for personal development. To us, your strong collaboration skills and personal drive are key.

You have:

• Near-native writing skills in Norwegian

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Strong drive and embrace responsibility and working independently

• Entrepreneurial mind: You are not afraid of taking chances - and learning from your mistakes

• True passion for online marketing and eagerness to learn

• Profound content writing skills and a love for producing quality content

• An ability to translate your out-of-the-box ideas into great marketing content

• An interest in social media and a curiosity for managing non-personal social media accounts like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• A thorough understanding of brand guidelines and brand tonality is considered a plus.

• A basic understanding of web analytics would be considered a plus.

You should expect to work around 15 hours per week.
