We are looking for an experienced machine-learning platform engineer with a hands-on background in building and hosting cloud-based data platforms. You will work in our machine-learning team, developing and maintaining our platform as well as its data processing pipelines. You are a security-conscious Kubernetes expert but also interested in machine-learning applications and want to facilitate building of accurate, efficient and reproducible machine-learning models. 

Responsibilities 

• Developing and maintaining the machine-learning platform. 

• Building data processing pipelines for preprocessing and storing large amounts of machine-learning training data. 

• Managing databases. 

Qualifications 

• BSc or MSc degree e.g. in computer science, other relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 

• Strong experience in Kubernetes. 

• Strong experience in maintaining and scaling NoSQL databases (e.g. Elasticsearch). 

• Strong experience in Google Cloud environment. 

• Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow and MLFLow is a bonus. 

• Familiarity with machine-learning algorithms.
