Are you inspired by impact, startups, platforms, and user experience and satisfaction? As a platform optimiser with us you will be in charge of platform testing, playbook development, analysing and optimising user journeys, and identifying challenges and investigating potential solutions. Working directly with our CEO and founders' team, this is an excellent opportunity if you want to get a feel for working in a startup and dive into tools that help improve user experience.
As a platform optimiser with us, you will be in charge of ensuring our users have the best experience from the moment they first hear about us and until they are a loyal user - and beyond.
We expect you will work on:
Platform testing: Conduct structured internal testing of all bits of our platform, identification of challenges, and suggestions of improvements, develop playbook
User experience: Analyse real user journeys (from content/paid marketing to successful sign up ->), identify real challenges, investigate and describe solutions to our developers
Intelligence: Analyse other platforms in same and other industries, to learn about best practices and describe improvements to our developers
We currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Hotjar so knowledge about them is great - otherwise we will teach you:) We welcome any tool you may know or want to test.
Therefore, you will work directly with our CEO, Sara, but also across the entire founders' team, and we can create an individual development plan early on. This will preferably include courses, readings, key learning points and potentially a conclusive report to ensure when you are done, we have done our best in developing exactly the skills you need to succeed in your next career move.
Qualifications: We don't expect you to be a master in all the above as we have much experience in-house. But we do expect you to have a massive interest in learning about user experience, a positive can-do-attitude and fluency in English. If you also have an interest in impact, startup life and platforms, and maybe even a tiny bit of poor humour, it's a great plus.
Internship duration: Preferably 3 months, at least 2 full days per week.
Work Location: Copenhagen Ø (our CEOs home) and Copenhagen K (HQ), alternatively remote. You must be flexible to attend courses and events elsewhere in Copenhagen, if necessary for your development plan
Salary: Unpaid. We know it sucks and we are working on it.
Start date: 1 September/as soon as possible.
