At Bandturf our mission is to connect musicians with musicians and other people relevant for them to exercise and develop their passion for playing music. We have recently launched the first version of the platform and 1,000 users have joined so far. Bandturf is looking for a Community Manager to join as co-founder, and be part of our core team on our journey to develop Bandturf further.

What you'll do:

We are still a young company with an early product and in the initial phase of building up a userbase as well as followers on social media, so you will be a key driver in the development of the company and our userbase. Some of your work will comprise:

• A combination of community management and business development initiatives to maintain and expand the Bandturf userbase

• Maintain and update Bandturf’s social media profiles and presence

• Develop and plan relevant initiatives and campaigns off-line and online

• Build relations and mutual initiatives with influencers

• Daily engagement with users and influencers on social media channels, including answer direct messages

What we ideally expect from you:

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a burning desire and high drive to be part of a young startup company as a co-founder

• Self-motivated, organized, team player and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Play music yourself, or otherwise have good insight into the musician eco-system and the needs of musicians

• Fluent in English and Danish (both verbal and in writing)

• Experience with engaging and nurturing social media communities on a daily basis Experience within software product management
