We are looking for a sales representative / key account manager that wants to make a change! Right now we offer a small salary with a big bonus per sale. We need a confident person that knows how to delivery, and results will be highly rewarded.

You are:

• Driven person that enjoys a challenge

• You love working for clear goals, and want to show real results

• You are self driving, have an sales/entrepreneur mindset

• You want to work in a startup, be a part of a journey and wants to make a change

• Big plus if you have a background in recruitment 

• Some experience in sales is a bonus but right now it’s more about attitude!

Day to day assignments:

• Contact new clients, highlight how the platform solves customer needs

• Maintain relationship with ongoing clients and work closely with clients to close deals (ongoing matches) in the WeTal platform

• Onboard talents to WeTal and actively search talent that suits clients needs

• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

• Keep the WeTal platform up to date, pause old companies, jobs, talent that is not up to date
