Responsibilities

• You will join a young company with a small diverse, experienced and data minded team.

• You will be the first dedicated data scientist in the company.

• You will get to build and iterate our data product in short iterations and ship new data models and analytics to customers every day.

• You will play a central role in the company working in collaboration with UX design, engineers and founders in finding the best solutions for our customers.

• You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales and customers to understand customers current and future needs.

• You will report directly to the CTO and co-founder.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a data scientist or similar role.

• Master degree or Ph.d. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or other relevant science field.

• You are pragmatic - understand that great product happens in the cross-section between business, technology, and UX

• You love simple - you make complicated things simple

• You get excited by analysing new data and make sense out of the complex data.

• You are a SQL expert. We use Google BigQuery and Dataform, but experience with AWS Redshift and Data Build Tool (dbt) is equally relevant.

• You have real world experience implementing Machine Learning models or other predictive analytics algorithms such as Markov Chain. If you have worked with attribution algorithms before make sure to mention it.

• You have experience coding Python. Our data pipeline is built using Python and our AI engine will be built using BigQuery ML and various Python libraries.
