Selkrig Performance Unit is looking for a Client Success Assistant to help the coaching team and ensure that we have systems and processes in place to efficiently take care of client issues. Keep an inventory of current client feedback so that the executive team can make decisions around where to make changes in our products or processes.  Systematically make suggestions as to what process changes we should make.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact clients via feedback calls

  • Assisting growth of the company (ie. Following up people who apply through our website, etc.)

  • Contact clients who have attempted to contact us (voicemail, phone call, etc..)

  • Answer inbound calls during office hours

  • Respond to emails and facebook messages daily

  • Improve onboarding processes.

  • Assist Director of Coaching Operations with customer service related tasks

 

Results 

  • Daily Tracking of inbound calls, outbound calls, voicemails and issues.

  • Weekly reporting of what went right and where support is needed.

  • Transparency in communication with the team.

  • Turn around time on emails and phone calls of 24 hours or less.

  • Increase the session attendance and client engagement to our gyms. 

  • Minimize customer churn  

Requirements 

  • Minimum 1-3 year’s Customer Service experience

  • High-level communication skills

  • Ability to assess company based on data

  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on data.

  • Experience making outbound phone calls

  • Self driven and proactive nature

  • Patient and active listener

  • Passion for service 

  • Knowledge in customer success processes.
