I am looking for someone who can help me manage the day to day operations of running a company of 20 coaches and over 200 clients and growing. The role of Executive Assistant/Ops manager is to assist the CEO or run in day to day operations. Being the buffer between different branches of the organisation and the CEO, while making sure that operational tasks of and between these branches are running on time.

Responsibilities
Assist CEO in day to day operations.
Communicate with Sales, Marketing, and Director of Coaching Operations
Drive and manage the tactical delivery of ongoing projects in the company services for all company initiatives and report back to the CEO and team.
Support the CEO in executing his vision and growing the business.
Managing CEO’s calendar and productivity, travel, and logistics. (EA ONLY)
Managing team’s travel and logistics for company events.
Communicating with potential clients along with coaches to ensure growth of the company.
Client communications alongside the CSM (ie. Unpaid bills & customer satisfaction)
Assisting growth of the company.
Taking over invoicing/accounting (Ops only)
Managing the creation, implementation, and support for all HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Project handoffs; once created, facilitating the implementation and management of said projects.
Helping the CEO complete the items on his personal waterfall & perfect day.

Requirements
High-level communication skills (Finnish and English)
Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team.
Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the CEO, work as a sounding board for the CEO.
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
Highly developed self-awareness and leadership skills
Ability to assess company based on data
You will work to decrease the noise of the CEO and be his barrier.
