About us

Beanie is a Vinnova-funded aspiring fintech company that sprung out of Founder Institute, one of the world’s leading incubator programs. We are building an app-based commerce service with a payment card and are targeting an $80 billion global industry. The MVP, a simple discount discovery app (to be released in August), is a slimmed-down version of the intended future product (to be released by year end). 

The internship - build the hype!

Simply put, your focus will be content and social media and to help build hype around our product. That entails e.g. the following activities:

• Building our social media presence (strategy, copywriting posts, creating images/ads, researching & implementing growth tactics, and so on).

• Establishing customer-facing promos

• Content writing of blog posts

• Managing newsletter activity

• Managing PR (release plan, producing content, publishing)

• Creating any required marketing collateral 

• ...and any other cool ideas we come up with together!

About you

We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual who is looking to gain experience in the field and who fits the following profile:

• An education in marketing & communications or a related field. 

• Great copywriting skills in Swedish (must be fluent).

• Thrives on being challenged and can work independently with minimum guidance.

• A plus if experienced with some design tool or e.g. Canva.

• A plus if previous experience with social media & content marketing.

You can absolutely expect to grow and be challenged in this exciting role. It is an internship designed to provide you with the skills you need to develop as a Marketing & Communications professional. The internship starts in August, is for 3 months, and will be on location at our beautiful office in Kista, Stockholm (you must therefore be residing in the Stockholm area during the internship). We will reimburse you with 5 000 kr per month to cover your lunches, transport, etc.
