You will be the face and voice of TwentyThree. This means that our customers will go to you for assistance in all aspects of their account. Your daily and weekly tasks in the Customer Specialist Team include solving technical issues, being the product expert to our internal teams, and generally making sure that our customers are getting the most out of their account. This role works with every team in our company, so this team is regularly involved in projects that improve the customer experience. Finally, you will inspire and help our customers do better video marketing every day.

Experience from a similar role with customer support/care/service preferably in a tech environment is a plus. However, the most important thing is that you enjoy providing and facilitating a great customer experience and working within a team. We are a global company that is scaling quickly, so you may be asked to work extended hours in the evening. 

What you will do:

  • Solve technical problems via phone, chat and email

  • Implement design changes on video sites using HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Build and set up custom solutions in collaboration with clients

  • Consult with internal teams as a product expert in the TwentyThree products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with web development using HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript

  • Ability to learn quickly with great problem solving skills

  • Strong ability to understand and explain technical issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented

  • Must be fluent in English. 

Strong Bonus Points:

  • Multiple languages 

  • Understanding of video production and/or video marketing strategies

  • Experience with HubSpot
