What you will be doing

We are a group consisting of a parent company and currently three subsidiaries in Norway, Estonia and Spain. Your job will be very important to keep the economy and administration together for our further growth, you will handle all economy and administration tasks together with the CEO and be his right hand, therefore it is extremely important that you are flexible and prestigious.

Your role will be two-fold and include some finances, where we want you to work on the following: Accounting, payroll, financial statements, supplier invoices, salaries, bookkeeping etc.

Your workplace is in Oslo and you will mainly support our CEO, Rickard, but you will also support the company's local management and the offices in Spain and Estonia. Speak and write in one Scandinavian language + English is a requirement. 

Here are some of the details:

• Salaries, Invoicing, bookkeeping etc

• Prepare, send out and compile board and management meeting documents

• Mail/document handling, scanning invoices, administrational tasks

• System administrator for our business systems VISMA and Vincere, educate current and future Managers in important tasks

• Manage everything around start-ups of new companies

• Central purchasing

• Administratively relieve the company's local management

• Contact person for clients, suppliers, accountants and auditors regarding economy and administration
