StepUp Solutions is building wearables based on breathing, a vital parameter that has been much forgotten but contains so much information. For sportspeople, we can significantly improve training efficiency while minimizing the risk of injury. For healthcare, we help patients live a better life. For horse owners, we deliver insights on horse health. We're a team of 18 international people with a wide range of competencies.

Experienced and passionate about medical technologies?  

As we are spinning out StepUp Health, our healthcare branch, into a new company, we are looking for a part-time or full-time co-founder to join our team. A healthcare background is mandatory and extensive knowledge on respiratory diseases is a plus.  

While our product has been tested against the gold standard in the sports area and we are now developing the product for medical use. Your role is to be the medical reference and point of contact regarding the product, testing and gathering feedback from users and doctors, leading partnerships, sales, and medical trials, and advise the product development team regarding the features. Our core team is made by Charles, leading the technical development, and Rati, leading operations and business development at the moment. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Build a network of healthcare professionals 

• Bind partnerships with hospitals, doctors and research institutes 

• Survey and conduct interviews with doctors/hospitals/universities to gain insights and implement a feedback loop to improve our value proposition and market fit 

• Design and implement clinical trials and generate traction out of the output 

• Help with fundraising and applications
