There is no concrete description of a role for a potential co-founder, except that the person should be socially apt and his/her personality compatible with the personality of the founder. When it comes to technical skills, the co-founder should again complement the skill set of the founder, who (among other things) has a strong background in (sound/music tech) research. Ideally, and because there is a lot of stuff to develop, the co-founder's software engineering and programming skills should supersede those of the founder. Allocation of ownership and equity is subject to experience and negotiation.
This is not a role for a recent graduate. Geniuses are more than welcome, so long as you can put a comprehensible sentence together in of the main European languages. ;-)
