Did you know the cashew nut comes from a fruit? These nutritious cashew fruits are most often left on the fields to rot, but imagine if farmers could increase their income and create local jobs just by utilizing this resource that is already there?

At Fruit-Up, we are developing innovative confectionery products made from this food waste from African cashew farmers.

We are looking for someone who can design the marketing strategy of the company.

Your main tasks will be:

• Research marketing opportunities

• Develop and design a marketing strategy

• Design surveys, conduct interviews to get market insights

• Identify target market, sales channels, campaigns, demographics and financial allocation

• Product branding and communication

• Help setup (crowdfunding) campaign

• Implement feedback knowledge to improve our value proposition

• Manage Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
